This company is a complete rip-off! A technician came to my house for a clogged drain and told me the blockage was so severe that he couldn’t even get his camera into the pipe. He recommended cutting into the drywall, removing and replacing a section of the pipe, and quoted me $5,000 for the job. I declined and told him I wanted to get a second opinion. After speaking with his boss, he came back with another option using a different technique—for $2,000. I declined again. I called another plumber, who simply used a drain snake to clear the blockage. Total cost: $89!
All 3 technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Got the leak fixed and water heater refurbished in less time than estimated. Will contact them with other issues as they occur. Same day service yea!!

Very expensive. Their quotes are completely overpriced. We called them and gave us an estimate of $5k for a pipe rerouting... that actually could've been done for half the price.
Outstanding service! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work and the professionalism of Pristine Plumbing. They came out to help with a slow-draining bathtub and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue at a very reasonable cost. The pricing was fair, the service was efficient, and the entire experience was hassle-free. I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
