My 13-year-old daughter started boxing lessons 3 weeks ago, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far! Francisco has made her feel welcome, encouraged, and excited to keep learning. The one-on-one attention she receives through the private lessons allows her to learn at her own pace, which is exactly what I was looking for. Francisco is both an amazing coach and a talented boxer. It’s clear he genuinely loves what he does, and his energy and enthusiasm are contagious! My daughter walks out of every lesson exhausted but feeling confident and accomplished, and she can’t wait to train again. I highly recommend Francisco to anyone looking for quality boxing lessons!

I’ve been taking my sons to Francisco for private boxing lessons . This is the best boxing training in the Dfw hands down ! Real training with a real professional boxer and staff . Get real training and learn how to box . Weather it’s for conditioning /self defense or competing this is the place to go !!! Highly recommend for all ages !!

Great boxing gym! If you want to start boxing for a workout or if you are wanting to compete this is the place. Francisco has lessons that match your skill and will make you a great boxer. I have seen young kids, skilled competitors and everyone in between becoming a better more athletic boxer.

You will learn and grow a lot here. Francisco is amazing. This is where I started and he is still amazing. If you want solid and highly technical training, I would recommend this place to anyone living in the area. I just stopped by again after a few years and it’s still a great gem!

Absolutely recommend this place to anyone at any stage of their boxing journey. Whether you just want to try boxing out or you’re coming back after a break, this is the place to go. The hospitality and community you build inside the gym are unmatched. I’ve been coming to Francisco since I was in college, and I keep coming back for those reasons. He and his team are always working to improve your skills and constantly push you to become better.

Francisco is amazing! He really focuses on the technical side of boxing, especially your form, fundamentals, and making sure you understand why each movement matters. If you’ve picked up any bad habits, he takes the time to correct them and retrain you the right way. I’ve learned a lot training with Francisco and genuinely look forward to every session. I go once a week and don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. Highly recommend him to anyone who wants to actually learn proper boxing technique and improve.
