This is the worst people you can call for your appliance repair. I cannot recommend this place. If they have to order a part for your repair, you’ll have to wait a long time to finish the job. I suspect they sit on finishing your job to do others since you’ve already paid for the part. I’ve waisted time waiting for them to complete my job. They are way in above their head. I would stay away from them if you need something done in a timely basis.

when a repair requires a specific part, the timeline can sometimes depend on manufacturer or supplier availability and shipping, which is unfortunately outside of our direct control. however, we recognize that better communication and timely updates are our responsibility, and we are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
please know that we never intentionally delay a customer's repair or prioritize other jobs simply because payment has already been made. our goal is always to complete every repair as quickly and properly as possible once the required parts are available.

I had a terrific, fast, and helpful experience with ProAppliance. I called and made an appointment quickly, and within a few days, my dishwasher was fixed perfectly! My handyman, Murad, was so knowledgable and got it fixed really quickly. I would highly recommend for fast and excellent service!

Excellent service! Pro Appliance Express was right on time, professional, and incredibly fast. He fixed the dryer at the spa in about 20 minutes and knew exactly what he was doing. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable. We are extremely happy with the service and highly recommend him!
