Thank goodness Pro Audio & Lighting is still around! I needed an adapter for a last-minute gig, and Amazon couldn’t deliver it in time. I stopped at Guitar Center, but of course, they didn’t carry the common adapter I needed. Pro Audio & Lighting was conveniently on the way to my event, so I stopped in—and sure enough, they had exactly what I was looking for. They saved the day and helped keep my event on track. It’s great to still have a reliable local store you can count on!

We used Pro Audio and Lighting last week for a 1-day speaker conference and couldn't have been happier! Great communication, very competitive pricing and the staff that were sent were friendly & knowledgeable. The set up, day-of support and teardown were all done to our satisfaction. The company was recommended to us by another organization, and we'll be sure to pass along their name to others now that we've used them ourselves!
I am a "small" customer as I primarily just use my equipment at fundraisers for a children's charity. These guys have always been great and are very friendly and helpful. If you want to see a light in person functioning come see these guys and support a local business.

Why isn't and entertainment place not open on a Saturday ? My only dislike for this store, It a day for major sales, and as customer Saturday's and Sunday are my Free days, I really, really don't understand this as a business aspect. Saturday is the busiest Day for retails stores 💰

It is sad that you give a 1 star when our hours have been no Saturdays since 2020. We have to make business decisions, and we all have gigs on Saturday too. I would ask you to kindly remove your one star as it is not a representation of the store, only you not liking our posted hours.
Good service. I had a very old Carvin 16 channel mixer and Carvin power amp that needed some sprucing up. They were able to get the work done in a couple of days, and the items work like new again. I'm very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They always take their time to talk with me and not at me. The store is organized and they have a lot of gear in stock to buy on the spot or order online. Performing is super personal to me so I like a shop that has personal touch too. This is that shop.

We just got back from an event in Detroit, and we used ProAAL, the price was extremely reasonable. We had Andrew as our tech, he had the responsibility of helping us with three rooms. He made all of our lives so easy! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire an AV company.
