Pro Comfort was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They installed a new heating/cooling system and although they charged a little more than other companies I got quotes from, it was absolutely worth it. They were extremely conscientious and did fantastic work.

Called at 10am and had a new hot water heater installed by 5:30pm that day. Fantastic service Mike was the best. Highly recommended

I have nothing but positive things to say about Pro Comfort! Everyone on the team was professional and courteous, and it was clear that they work very well together.
My good experience started with Josh in sales. He was honest, thorough, and genuinely invested in finding what I needed to keep my home comfortable. He also helped me take advantage of Mass Save offerings that made the project financially possible while providing me with a system that has made my older home much more comfortable.
Nicole, the secretary, was also extremely helpful with all of the paperwork, including helping me complete the paperwork for the manufacturer warranties.
I was especially impressed by how involved the owner, Ryan, was. He participated in the walkthrough and worked with Josh to make sure they understood exactly what was needed for my installation.
The installation crew—Cooper, Thad, and Alex—were professional, clean, respectful, and hardworking. They answered all of my questions and clearly explained what they were doing and why.
I highly recommend Pro Comfort! From the sales process to the installation, everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to doing a great job. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Very professional, I’ve had them come over several times. They installed my tankless water heater and a whole house water filtration ( this one required rerunning the water main to a place where we had space to put the filter)

Pro Comfort did a great job helping us decide where to place the indoor and outdoor units. The installation went smoothly. They also took the time to show how the pump operated and how they should be maintained. AND they were cheaper than other estimates we had. I am completely satisfied!

They identified a fantastic solution to my situation when they noticed I have solar on my home, and recommended a heat pump along with a high efficiency gas furnace. Installation went extremely smoothly. Very happy with my new system and the company in general.

I had heat pumps installed by this company. They analyzed my needs far better than other companies and as a result the system was optimized. Their installation and maintenance work is excellent. I continue to use them for routine service as well. Strongly recommend them!!!!
