Customers frequently highlight the store's wide selection of sports merchandise, including jerseys and jackets, along with helpful staff who assist with inventory searches and fitting. While many reviewers note good prices and positive service experiences, a recurring criticism involves the return policy. One customer reported being unable to receive a refund for a same-day jacket purchase, citing the strictness of the exchange rules as a significant drawback.

Always great to new collects
I really like this sports store .
I wish I could give a five star, but I had my disappointments with the store. Thankfully, the store exchanged my jersey, and I was pleased with the service. Recently, I purchased a Dodger jersey with World Series Championship patch in early December, but I bought the wrong player. I was looking for Betts or Kershaw. I called the store and both players were sold out; I called other stores associated with the same franchise and no luck. I later called after the whole Christmas chaos, and once again, I was looking to exchange my jersey. I called the store, again and this time Erik assisted me. Erik went above and beyond; he called the warehouse and was going to have it shipped to the store within one business day. Sure enough, the jersey arrived. Even though the exchange date had passed, Erik did the exchange. Now, I can wear my Dodger jersey! Thank you, Erik!
Came to test fit some jerseys to know which size to order online
Great customer service 👍‼️
Was looking at all sporting stores for a great hat, didn't know they had a pro image sports store here and found everything I was looking for. They have every team you can think of, best store in the mall!
Wide selection of jerseys and rare jackets I recommend
I bought a jacket from there today...and same day change my mind about it and couldn't get my money back on it.. there return policy is garbage. They got 150$ from me but they will never get another dime
