quality and work ethic couldn’t be beat. They worked hard. It was the best investment ever! I will never do my own moving again. I will most definitely use this company again. They were amazing fast yet very careful with fragile things and respectful of my preferences. It can only be summed up with the word AMAZING!
Best moving experience I have ever had!! My initial contact with the movers was with John, who quickly deduced the needed truck size and crew number. There is an hourly rate that contains absolutely no hidden costs. We estimated the move time and it ended up being LESS than I expected. The moving crew was efficient, light-hearted, diligent throughout. Once they completed the move, the checkout process was smooth and easy. There was no damage to any furniture, even my antiques. From initial contact to checkout, they were exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable, no hidden cost, efficient move!!!

Pro Movers is fantastic. I put in a request on Sunday, received a call 10 minutes later, had everything booked and arranges in less than 30 minutes. The movers showed up and took care of everything. So helpful and professional. Will use them again!

Crew took over 30 minutes to get to job site. Site is 5-7 minutes away (1.7mi). They charged me for the time the drivers were "lost". Spoke with the yard supervisor at noon today and he said he would call me back later this afternoon to at least resolve this part of the issue. It is currently 9:10pm and I have had no contact from him. Rate on the invoice estimate was the truck+labor rate. We have our own truck. Driver changed rate to labor rate after showing him the email estimate. Movers were rushing and not being careful. Left scratches & gouges in the hardwood floor. Knocked over plant pots. Damaged appliances and multiple priceless family heirloom pieces and did not say anything when it happened. Movers did not follow verbal instruction or instructions written and posted on items. Movers stacked boxes on top of items and boxes labeled fragile/do not stack. Items were not properly secured in the truck. Dozens of unused rachet straps were available. Movers neglected to use supplied moving blankets to protect heirloom furniture and other pieces. I had to spend 2 hours in the truck strapping things down after they left. I regret hiring Pro Movers. This was not worth 20 an hour.
Or movers were polite, efficient and very helpful. It was like magic when everything was all moved. They were really great!

We chose to hire Pro Movers based on their positive reviews. For the first time ever hiring a moving company, I was truly impressed with how good their communication was and their ability to get us moved in good time. Pro Movers gave us Nate and Seth as our movers and not only did they work through the set backs that I had from Rife's warehouse, but also they still got us moved efficiently. They handled everything with care like it was their own. They were very mindful not to scratch any of our furniture or walls. Was very happy with Seth and Nate from Pro Movers and would definitely hire them again on our next move, whenever that may be.
