Called Pro Plumbers with late night repair. Frank L kindly messaged me and was honest about the fee. He let me send him a few valve photos and he solved the problem over the phone! Saved me time, headache and fees! I’m so grateful for the professionalism and consideration. I’ll definitely call again for future plumbing work.
I held off on this project because of past experiences with contractors. Frankie and Frankie Jr. came out and swapped out my seated hose bibb. They had to shut the water off at the street and it was hot in the sun. They did an excellent job. So glad I called them. Friendly, efficient, and they ended up coming early. I will call them for future needs. Highly recommend.
Quick service
Prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient in their diagnosis. The issue will need a construction team to properly fix, but that’s what I needed to find out. Thanks for your help.
Frankie was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. He did a cleaning along with a full drain inspection where we learned we have a pooling area, a root going through a pipe, a sleeve inside one of our pipes, and a drain access point. It was a little more expensive than the quick rooter places but it was so worth it. We originally called Rooter Man and they tried to convince us to pay $4000 to replace a pipe that Frankie found was unnecessary. I highly recommend Pro plumber and Frankie!
Frank was very good. He clearly explained the issue and provided advice on next best steps. He was respectful and did a great job at resolving our concerns and also provided follow-on options for us to consider
Always excellent work. I have done business with them for several years. I always call them when I have a difficult plumbing job to perform because I know that they will do a thorough job.
Technician arrived at the time quoted. Quickly got to work and found the problem. The work could not be completed the same day because of the mess that the leak had caused, but he scheduled a return visit and confirmed it was acceptable to me.
Great experience, professional, worked long and hard and made sure the job was 100% completed and that all issues were resolved. Highly recommend. Great staff. Andrew Moreno and Frankie Lomeli. 10/10. Overall, amazing work. Our new “go to plumbers.”
