Full window and frame replacement just doesn’t make sense with today’s prices—especially when the existing wood windows are solid and working well! Our home was built in 1984, and we have a mix of original windows and others from the mid-1990s. Despite their age, the windows themselves are still solid. My husband and I are doing some additional weatherproofing around the window seals, but the biggest issue we had was foggy glass.
We had 9 foggy windows and 2 patio door glass panels replaced by Pro Windows, and I could not be happier with the results. I’m so glad we found a company that is kind, honest, respectful, and truly skilled at what they do. They replaced the glass so beautifully that you would never even know the windows had been touched!
If you have older windows with foggy glass and are being told you need to replace everything, I highly recommend talking with Roman at Pro Windows first to see what they can do. Replacing just the glass gave our older windows new life and saved us from an unnecessary and much more expensive full replacement.

Couldn't recommend Pro Window Repair more! Fantastic communication from start to end. I had them come out to replace glass in a basement window that was broken from a lacrosse ball. They pointed out another window broken on a garage door and they fixed both. The garage door window was a pain but Lev did a great job making it work. Lev is such a friendly guy and I will definitely use Pro Window Repair for any future window repairs I need and will recommend them to everyone I know.

This company was so kind, professional and did such a great job installing glass with a doggy door in it. Roman came out and measured the window and the dogs to get us a perfect match. The installation was done perfectly and no mess left behind and they were so quit, I work from home and my dogs didn’t notice and I barely heard him at all. Will definitely use them in the future.

Precision diagnosis and fix for a window which would no longer crank shut. Then Roman checked my 2 bedroom windows and recalibrated them as well; one was missing a screw I hadn't even noticed.

Roman and his team are phenomenal. Their communication is amazing and continues to be amazing after they helped me, as I had a few follow-up questions after they helped me. They helped me swap out some panels of glass and adjust a sliding glass door. The sliding glass door was tricky because the existing parts were old/bad. Roman didn't just try his best and walk out the door. He found a solution that worked and the sliding glass door works great now! Highly recommend!

Roman was working across the street and I approached him at the end of the work day. I asked him what kind of repairs they do. He came over right then and there and looked at my two windows. He was able to make a diagnosis quickly and offered to stay and fix the issue. Roman was fast and efficient at fixing them. Such great service and friendly too!

Roman was very helpful in solving our window issues. He helped us fix the problems and showed us how to maintain our windows for the future. He gave us tips and quick fixes so we didn't have to replace any of them. (They were all in good shape but just needed some tender loving care).
