Services mentioned include spring replacements, opener installations, and routine maintenance, with many noting reasonable pricing for these tasks. However, lower-rated reviews criticize aggressive upselling of unnecessary products, unexpected high costs for simple fixes, and a lack of written quotes before work begins.

Services: Garage door consultation, General repairs & installation
The tech, Tony, came out for the general tune-up I requested. He determined my springs needed replaced. I wasn’t planning on doing that, but agreed. Tony was very nice and seemed knowledgeable and experienced.
I called them on short notice when I found a frayed garage door cable. They were out to my home in a couple of hours. Danny did a thorough inspection and found some other items that needed attention. In all the total price was reasonable and I was happy to taken care of all in one trip before winter.
ProActive came and corrected my door that was having problems closing, lubricated gears & wheels & helped tension out alot, very happy will use them again.
