If you’re looking for someone to provide the BEST service you are in the right place. James came out at 9PM on a FRIDAY to remove a bird that was stuck in a mouse snap trap in my attic. He was done in 2 minutes, removed the trap and released the bird. He even gave me advice on how to help with my mouse issue. Chatted for a bit after and is a genuine good guy. I called plenty other companies before I found Proactive Pest Control and they all turned me down saying they wouldn’t help. Out of all the companies Ive bothered to review, this is by far the best.

I can't thank James enough! We were dealing with both flies and bees, and it was becoming a real nuisance. They responded promptly, were friendly and professional, and most importantly, solved the problem. It's such a relief to enjoy our home and yard again without worrying about pests. Highly recommend!

Small things matter! While visiting family in the area and staying at an Airbnb I discovered some unwelcomed pests. I thought for sure they were bed bugs so I naturally freaked out.. lol .. when I calmed down I called James and he actually picked up the call on a Sunday morning ( thank you James) he was courteous, professional and knew his bugs! He quickly identified the critters( carpet beetles) just through photos.. again he knows his bugs. I was so relieved.. he really helped me out and I can't thank him enough.. 🙏 Jo

James was a lifesaver tonight! I called this morning about a yellowjacket infestation in my upstairs bathroom and out of 8 companies I called in my area, he was the first and only person to offer coming late at night when the bees were back in their hive and he was able to exterminate the whole hive inside the insulation! He was great to be around and was fun to chat with while he was getting the job done. We will definitely be using him going forward for any pest needs!

Omg best service ever. I had hornets everywhere and nest. I contacted James right away he was my first look up, he came out that evening and did an amazing job. I had a party that next day and it was like the hornests was never there did not see not one. Great service and would definitely call him back if I need to.

Jimmy was not only knowledgeable, but incredibly professional. I have nothing but right things to say he came in entirely matter what he said he was going to and treated my garage and I would highly recommend him.
James is knowledgeable, professional, and really cares about his clients. So glad to have found Proactive - we had a bird issue and James fixed it with care, explained everything, and followed up with us. Will definitely work with Proactive and James again.

James was fantastic to work with. We had an angry yellow jacket get into the house and he came almost immediately after I called him to help us deal with it. Before he even came out, he took the time to explain how I could try to handle it myself first, which I thought was very kind and honest. It showed that he genuinely wanted to help.
Once he arrived, he swiftly got rid of the yellow jacket and made us feel a lot more comfortable. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole situation much less stressful. Highly recommend James if you need someone reliable & responsive.
