I can’t thank Pablo and the team at Pro Auto Body enough for fixing my 2015 Toyota RAV4. I damaged it recently, and I was so stressed out because my late grandmother gave me this car, so it means everything to me. It’s really hard to find a repair shop you can actually trust, but Pablo earned my trust right away. He was super patient, kept me updated, and gave it to me straight without trying to sell me on extra stuff. You can tell he actually cares about doing right by people. The turn-around was surprisingly fast, and the work they did was incredible & you honestly can’t even tell anything happened to it. If you need body work done and want a shop that’s honest, fast, and does awesome work, go see Pablo. I’m so grateful for what they did.
Hi And thanks for the compliments we here to help you anytime and anybody who needs help with the repairs on their vehicle, thanks again God bless you
We had an amazing experience with Pablo. Originally our Benz was sent to Gerber by our insurance co., who incorrectly fixed our vehicle and charged our insurance for new parts when they weren't new. They used kits instead which were not installed correctly. Pablo discovered the issue immediately and told us he wanted to make it right for us. I called our insurance and told them what Gerber did. We ended up going through 4 insurance agents to make things happen. Pablo was so patient and kept us informed, showed us all the parts he replaced with new Mercedes parts. We can't say enough of how much we appreciate him and everything he did for us. We got our Benz back in perfect condition. We are now loyal customers and will highly recommend to everyone.
Thank you for the feedback and sharing your experience. It was no problem this is what we do as a business to help out costumers in need. We do anything that takes for our costumers to come back to a car like nothing has ever happen to it. God bless you
Pablo is the best! Highly recommend this shop! Took great care of our 2022 RAV4 XLE Premium. It is Lunar Rock color and we were worried about the paint matching. It came out perfect! Color is amazing and looks good as new! Thanks again Pablo!!
Hi Thanks We glad to hear that God bless you

Thanks sr. We glad to help you, we here anytime you need us God bless you
