We brought Nyx, our skittish special needs kitty, to Probable Claws because she was really overdue for a thorough brush out and hair trim. She gets anxious and squirms like a fish when we try to brush her at home, so we were just hoping for the best. Bob has a very calm and reassuring manner, with both cats and…
Highly recommend! This was our cat’s Snickers first time at the groomer and they went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable. They were very friendly, very open on all ends of communication. From what they’ve done, to reintroducing them into a multiple cat home. The BEST grooming experience we could’ve…
I took my two kitties in for the first time. I was absolutely floored at how calm they were afterwards, normally they come home a little stressed. I am absolutely going back here to help me keep my two long haired Maine coons in tip top shape!
We are so thankful and impressed with Bob and Probable Claws. ☺️ We have a "Fraidy Cat" who needs a calm atmosphere and we found it here. Thank you so much for all that you do and provide, Bob!
Had a great experience bringing my cat Simba to Probable Claws Cat Grooming, Bob was so lovely to meet and took care of Simba so well. Will definitely be going back for another visit soon!!
Best groomer we've ever found. He cares about the cats and does an excellent job.
Bob was wonderful with my feisty senior cat and helping her get groomed in a safe low stress environment!
Brought in my senior kitty Bianca because she's got a few spots she could use a little help maintaining, and she came back so soft and fluffy that it's distracting me from other obligations. Bob made sure he had as much information as possible beforehand and I was confident she was in good hands. He gave me a full…
Bob was awesome! Gave our boy a perfect cut, got all his mats out, gave him a bath, was super friendly kept, and kept us in the loop the whole tme.
Decided to reach out for their services for my smooshie face as she had matting. I cannot express how grateful and happy I am to have found Probable Claws Cat Grooming, they are absolute professionals at this and very empathetic to their charges. Molly is the happiest she’s been in a while and she looks so cute with…
Was the best experience for my cat. She had really bad natting on her back and he was able to shave it off and give her some relief. It was Quick and amazing prices. We will be using them every time we need grooming for our kitties.
5 stars! I took my cat here for a grooming/ shave yesterday and the service was amazing. The staff were gentle and professional, and my cat looked great afterward. Highly recommend!
Such a Wonderful Grooming Experience! I brought my three cats to Probable Claws. Two of them totally new to professional grooming and Bob and his wife were incredibly kind and patient. They sent updates and photos throughout the appointment, which put me completely at ease. They knew we had holiday photos coming…
The team at Probable Claws is fantastic. Their main concern was the comfort and safety of our cats. I'm very pleased with the work they did, the price was very fair, and I'm looking forward to our next appointment!
Bob was great! This was my cat's first professional hair cut and it went perfectly! When I dropped him off, his fur had that greasy feeling, and I was having to brush out impacted hair and mats DAILY. We were in desperate need of a full reset for both his wellbeing (hairballs!) and my own allergies - and what a…
He was very kind and patient with my cat, did a great job with the groom and had her out in 20 minutes! Sent her home with a little Halloween ribbon in and a catnip toy to calm her down!
Bob was great!!! Both cats were very happy after everything was done! I have two senior cats (13 and 16) and both came back seeming chipper and a pep in their step! Highly recommend!
He was so great my cat looks amazing! He started on her as soon as I got there and let me know as soon as he was done so I could pick her up right away so that she wasn't sitting n a strange place waiting for me to come get her. He did an awesome job shaving her. She's so happy I'm definitely going to keep, only,…
Great service. Friendly person! And my cat came out looking amazing! I also REALLY appreciated the photos during the whole process.
Bob is amazing. He provides helpful tips to take care of my cat at home and seems super gentle with the cat.
