Very unreliable service and poor communication. I booked a deep clean for 2 p.m., but no one showed up. I had to email to find out what was happening. They said the team had a flat tire and that they would send a replacement team. I agreed and asked when the new team would arrive. They promised 3 p.m. At 3 p.m., no one had arrived, so I emailed again. I was told the team was parking. About 30 minutes later, they still hadn’t arrived and were now asking me where they could park. I told them they could park directly outside my building, but another 20 minutes passed with no one showing up. I finally told them I would cancel unless they arrived soon. Only then did they call and say they still couldn’t find parking—even though they had already told me in an earlier email that they had found a spot. Those contradictory updates made it difficult to trust what they were telling me. If you have unlimited time to waste, go ahead and book this company. They missed two promised arrival times and left me chasing updates for nearly two hours. They even emailed that the team had already parked, only to call after I canceled and say they hadn’t. A delay is one thing; wasting my afternoon with missed promises and contradictory explanations is another. This company showed no respect for my time and gave me no reason to trust anything they said. I would never book again.

Highly recommend ProClean to anyone that wants cleaners that are reliable, reasonably priced, and extremely thorough. I’ve tried 5-6 different cleaners for my apartment in the last few years and was by far the most impressed with ProClean. I contacted them after the cleaners I’d schedule for a deep move out clean fell through. They were able to fit me in for the same day! The sent a crew of two people who showed up early! They were incredibly efficient, professional, and kind. They were done in just 2 hours and had cleaned my blinds, inside of my freezer and fridge, inside of drawers, and even the inside of my toaster oven without any instruction from me. Definitely plan to use them again!

Hi Emily, thank you so much for taking the time to write this! We know how stressful it is when a move out clean falls through at the last minute, so we're really glad we could get a crew to you the same day. Blinds, the inside of the fridge and freezer, drawers, even the toaster oven are the spots that make a deep clean feel truly finished, and our team takes pride in catching them without being asked. Hearing that we stood out after you tried five or six cleaners here in San Francisco honestly made our week. Best of luck in the new place, and we'd love to help with your next move out cleaning or regular house cleaning whenever you need us!
Great service!!!!! They rock

I needed deep cleaning for one of my bedrooms. The staff was pleasant, thorough and fast. I was pleased with the result. I highly recommend ProClean Bay. The price was standard, that's the going rate.

Danielle, thank you, I'll make sure Bianca and her partner see this. Last-minute weekend requests are the ones people usually get turned down for, so we try hard to keep room in the schedule for them. Glad we could get you in and glad the deep clean held up to a close look. Call us anytime you need another one. The ProClean Bay team
ProClean Bay is the absolute perfect choice for fast and reliable guest turnovers! We needed a dependable cleaning service to manage our property while we were out of town, and they exceeded expectations. They arrived exactly on time, did a meticulous job, and worked efficiently to be out of the house quickly before our next guests arrived. They are officially our go-to service whenever we travel. Highly recommended!
Elizabeth, thank you, this one made our week. Guest turnovers don't leave much margin for error. One late arrival or one missed detail and your next check-in walks into a mess. So hearing that the timing and the deep clean held up while you were out of town means a lot to our crew. Your place is in good hands whenever you travel. Just give us the checkout time and we'll handle the rest. The ProClean Bay team
