Our Technician Mike has been very professional while working with us. He has been communicative as needed and has been courteous to work around our particular needs. I would highly recommend him and Pro. Extreminators in general.
Again, Kenny came the same day we reported ground hornets in our yard and took care of them quickly and promptly. Thank you Kenny for your continued outstanding service to our home.
Thank you Matthew for the 5 star review! We're so glad to have Adam on our team. He is great at what he does and has a lot of experience. We appreciate you and we look forward to continuing to provide you excellent service!
Rockstar! I am thoroughly satisfied with the service that Stephanie provided. She took the time to explain what we might be up against as well as the best way to treat the problem. She heard my concern. She took some time to treat both the inside of the house and the outside and then came back in to explain to me what she had done and why. Thank you, Stephanie!
Wow Sandie this is GREAT news! Glad Ryan got rid of those ants for you. We believe in helping educate our customers on the pest problems and solutions. Ryan is an excellent technician and he and our team will be thrilled to see this 5 star review you left! Thank you so much for taking the time to write it :)
Awesome folks! They know ants and are very responsive. We seemed to be located on or near multiple ant colonies and when one was cleared, others took over. Professional Exterminators beat them down and we are very happy with their work. Nice courteous staff too! Gale was especially helpful.

We value our team members and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with them. We truly appreciate the 5-star review and are grateful to have you as a customer!
Thank you so much Cody for coming right over to bring me some charcoal bags. I hope they help with the foul odor that rodents leave behind. Thank you for placing as well.

I have had a couple exterminators over, but they were too pricy and I didn't care for their service deals. However, I am very thankful we came across the Professional Exterminators because we truly get amazing service at a reasonable price! Our technician Ryan always provides exceptional service! He always explains what he's doing and why, and because of his excellent customer service and attention to detail: my 5 year old son wants to be an exterminator when he grows up! I hope our services never change to another exterminator or technician! Thank you Ryan!
SunShyne, what a wonderful 5 Star review! We’re so glad you found Professional Exterminators and have been happy with the service and value you receive. Ryan is a valued member of our team, and it’s great to hear how much you appreciate the time he takes to explain everything and his attention to detail. And your 5-year-old wanting to be an exterminator when he grows up may be one of the best compliments we’ve heard! We truly appreciate your trust and are grateful to have you as a customer!
5 star for sure! Their technician Jon is fabulous. He is responsive when I contact him with a bug issue outside of our monthly service call. He is here same day or next day. We tried the other big guys, and after going thru a few technicians, we decided to try Profesh Exterminators. They don't make me feel like I'm a dirty person cus the ants found crumbs in my kitchen during the summer. Jon also kills really big black widows. Thank you!
Thank you Niki for taking the time to leave such a wonderful 5-star review! It means a lot to know you've felt well taken care of and supported whenever you've needed us. Jon is a valued member of our team, and we'll be sure to share your kind words with him. We're grateful you chose Professional Exterminators and truly appreciate your trust and support!

Zach is the complete professional. Always goes above and beyond. This is the second residence he’s provided services for me. Won’t call anyone else. Not sure what he’s paid but I’m sure it’s not enough!
