My overall experience with Professor Gatsby was excellent. I called an emergency line as my air conditioner was leaky significant water. Emily was so friendly and tried her best to get someone out that night. Although not able to, she work effortlessly to get us an appointment the following day, and also got us a high spot on the wait list.<br><br>The day of the visit the company communicated excellently of when their technician would be out. As he was headed over, I received a text message with a picture of the technician, his full name, and short bio of who would be entering my house. This was appreciated so much. When Ryan showed up, he was friendly and professional, wore booties into the house, diagnosed quickly and effortlessly, and finally presented us with numerous options. He explained what the issue was, why he was recommending the work, and was not pushy as to the more expensive fix.<br><br>Overall it was a 10 out 10 experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
