Cathy Fischer5 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Cathy has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
Proformance Construction transformed my guest room to the en suite bath of my dreams! I can't say enough about Kevin's attention to detail. Not only is this man a master of his craft, but he is also an artist. For example, my tile is a marble-patterned porcelain. I thought that when you tile, you take a tile out of the box, install it, then take the next tile out of the box. Not Kevin! He matched the veining, making it look as though this was a single marble slab (with grout lines, of course). He found the right paint color to bring everything together, and he color-matched the stain on the wood trim to the shade of the vanity. He added the most amazing vintage vent, and added a frame detail that makes it sing! He even suggested a faux zebra rug, which I thought was crazy, but I love it! Kevin takes care of all the scheduling of trades, which, if you've ever tried doing it yourself, is a nightmare. Kevin keeps you informed every day about what was accomplished, when he will return, and what task he will be completing next. Oh, and he cleans up everything--every day. This guy is a neat freak! Finally, in the 8 weeks or so that Kevin came to my home nearly every morning, he and my dog, Mugsie, became real pals. Mugsie ran to meet him every morning to get his pets and scratches. So if you want the best contractor on every level, Mugsie and I highly recommend Proformance Construction!

Cathy, thank you so much for the wonderful review. I remember hitting the mark on your specific design style was a challenge. Luckily Jaime was up for that challenge. The design she created and the selections you approved made for a truly unique and stunning space. I'm thankful you placed your project into our hands. I will always be proud of the results and grateful to have met you and Mugsie! Enjoy!

I’m not one to leave reviews normally but these two are extremely deserving of the best review possible. Kevin and Jaime are an amazing duo! Their work ethic is impeccable. They arrived every single day on time and left only at the end of the day. They always left their work area clean and organized. As for their craftmanship, I can’t even describe it! They always had me, their customer in the loop and in mind for add ons, changes and suggestions. They put the most awesome personal touches to my place. I started out looking for someone to do my dream project via internet. I knew immediately when I met them, they were the ones I had to have for the job. Through the 4month remodel, they have become dear friends and I would consider them family! I trusted them so much that when they wanted to surprise me with the final reveal, I agreed to not go in to see my place for the last month and a half. Needless to say, they DID NOT disappoint. It was more than I imagined it to be. I’m still in awe as I look around my new place of everything they did! I can’t wait to work with them in phase II of this project. I truly found the best of the best. Love ya guys! U will go far!

When I called Proformance Construction in March 2021 about a kitchen remodel, I left a message and the designer Jamie was very prompt at returning my phone call and setting up a time to meet and discuss our plans in the remodel. We met at our house, and talked about what we wanted and she let us know what they can do for us on the construction side. When we were finished with our list of wants, she asked us what our style was and discussed options for cabinets and center island design.
She left us with a good feeling about their company and her design experience. Jamie is very prompt in returning phone calls and or emails. We next met at their showroom and we met Kevin who is the construction guru and we discussed more design options so they could get a better idea for the quote. We met again and they gave us a quote and design we were very happy with and we signed on with them. We tentatively scheduled a late August start time so it could be all done in 6 weeks or before fall set in.
When the construction started, Kevin and Jamie were very thorough in the demolition and cleaned up the whole work space after every day. Kevin takes pictures and writes a blog so we can see what happened during that days progress.
Proformance did an awesome job on the design and construction of the kitchen. The cabinets, countertops, island, flooring, lighting, and appliances are better than we could have ever imagined. Jamie did an awesome job with the design and setting up all electrical and plumbing contractors and Kevin is an amazing builder. They are great people to work with and they treat their customers like family. I will recommend Proformance to anyone looking for someone to do any interior remodeling as this is their specialty.
We will be repeat customers as we are planning 2 bathroom renovations.

Chad RISLOW2 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Chad has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
We had been looking for the right people who we could trust for our basement project to help guide us through the entire process. From the very start, we knew we could trust Kevin and Jaime with exceptional design, attention to detail, quality, professionalism, communication, on time and on budget. In the beginning design, Jaime looked for the right design that would brighten the room and offer a new look that we hadn't been thinking of that in the end is beyond what we could have ever imagined. Jaime was always communicating on updates and guiding us through the process. During the construction, Kevin and Jaime's craftmanship and quality quickly showed through and we knew we had chosen the right crew. They made sure every detail was thought through. I appreciated Kevin and Jaime always looking out for any details that may impact budget and also offering their guidance. They spent a number of late nights to make sure that the project was going to be delivered on time. The space was always cleaned up as expected. During the project, Jaime and Kevin were always willing to include us in decisions and provide their input that in the end always provided that extra look that we hadn't been thinking of. The daily logs and pictures shared each day were also great to see the progress made. We are so happy with the look of the flooring, cabinets, lighting, countertop, and fireplace that they installed. Jaime and Kevin on the last day on site when they were supposed to be cleaning up finished off the space with a much appreciated surprise that we didn't expect! I shouldn't be surprised because that's just the kind of people they are. Always willing to go beyond to make the space have that "wow" factor. They truly are remarkable at what they do and were a joy to work with. We're so glad that we chose Proformance Construction for our project and would highly recommend them for any remodeling needs. They have the knowledge, professionalism, and quality craftmanship that always put us at ease to the end and what we would look for again for our next project. Thanks again for delivering a successful and beautiful project!

Could not be happier with the outcome of our bathroom/laundry room remodel. We had a hard time finding the right people to do what we wanted to do until we found Proformance Construction.
We felt a connection with Kevin and Jaime as soon as we met them. There professionalism and personalities made the entire process every simple. They literally take care of all the hard work for you. When they first came to our home to scope our ideas for what we wanted, they were very straight-forward and told us what can work, what can't work, and how much costs would be for each idea we had, which made it very easy for us to decide our design, plus Jaime can imagine a room extremely fast and come up with great design ideas.
The do an excellent job with estimating cost and time for completion. Our project came a little over the estimated price, as we added a couple things, but it was spot on cost wise. The stated project would be ocmplete in 2 1/2 week, and they were completed in 2 1/2 weeks. They also kept us very informed each day on how project came along each day, as well as any issues that needed fixing along the way, luckily there was only 1.
I would recommend Kevin and Jamie to anyone looking for a home improvement project. We miss welcoming them to our home each day, but plan on having them back in the future for a kitchen remodel.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! Jaime and I couldn't be more pleased that you and Lila had such a positive experience. We're thrilled that you are enjoying the new bathroom and we are looking forward to returning to complete your next project. Thanks again!

It isn't often that one will declare construction or remodeling to be a joyful experience but I have no other way to describe our kitchen/bath remodel. Kevin and Jamie are delightful to work with, from the planning stages through the finishing. We were always included in decisions and updated regularly on any changes or delays. Their workmanship is top notch and they go out of their way to help personalize your space so that it reflects your personality. Jamie told us once that she wanted us to be able to continue living our lives and not have to worry about anything and that was definitely the case- we could put our trust in her hands and she made sure all was done as we wished. We LOVE our new spaces! We would not only hire these two again but are now telling everyone about the wonderful experience that our remodel was.
