Alan is the best! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and somehow makes every session challenging, fun, and different. What I love most is that he can train anyone—whether I bring my pre-teen daughter or my 80-year-old mother, he effortlessly modifies the workout to fit their abilities while still making it challenging.

ProFormance has been great for me in preparation for basic training when I join the Navy. They have very friendly staff and a wide range of equipment. My trainer, Alfonso has been very encouraging even when i feel otherwise, aswell to being fun to talk to.

I began training weekly with Sarah in Oct 2025 to get back in shape after having two children, and as a newbie who has never done any kind of personal training, I was anxious and nervous about starting this journey. It has now been almost a full year since starting, and I have nothing but good things to say about ProFormance! Every trainer there is always friendly and helpful, and Sarah has been so supportive and laidback throughout our time training together. I see people and familiar faces of all ages and body types routinely training, which is super motivating and encouraging to know that ProFormance is inclusive to everyone. I started seeing Massage Therapist Emily Dahl in 2021 following surgery and followed her when she made the move to ProFormance. Emily's trigger point therapy has been life changing. Thanks to her, I can now participate in the sports and activities that I never thought would be possible due to intractable back pain. Emily brings with her a wellspring of knowledge and is excited to try new techniques like therapeutic stretching to address problem areas. I cannot recommend her services enough.
