I came in for a one hour Dermaplane facial with an eyebrow tint, lash tint and lift with Ramsay and it was seriously the best facial I ever had. She asked questions along the way to make sure she was there for your needs. I told her to have free roam when it came to getting all my pores and girl did she deliver! In total it took 2 hrs for everything and yes I almost fell asleep. If you need a good face cleansing - go see Ramsay!
I seriously cannot say enough good things about Leann. I had the BEST facial of my life with her today. My skin has never looked or felt this good. I left literally glowing.
She took her time, explained what she was doing, and made the entire experience so relaxing. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and knows exactly what your skin needs. I felt so comfortable with her from start to finish.
I’ve had facials before, and nothing compares to this one. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. If you’ve been thinking about booking with Leann, DO IT. 10/10 experience. She officially has me hooked. 🤍

I’ve been going to Progressive Esthetics for a while now and have always had the best experiences. I usually book with Ramsey, but I recently had a Brazilian wax with Leann, and she was amazing too! She made me feel super comfortable, was really thorough, and made the whole appointment quick and easy. Everyone there is so friendly, and the service is always great. I’ll definitely be booking with both Ramsey and Leann from now on. Highly recommend!

I cannot say how incredible the ladies are here! They provide incredible service every time.
I was in last month for an eyelash lift/tint and a brow lamination. Since I had never gotten any of these done before, the treatment fell out relatively quickly. Chloe was very helpful and offered for me to come back and get them redone. They look incredible!
Not to mention, they give amazing facials as well. My skin has never glowed as much as it had after my facial here! Ramsay was super informative!
I’ve had great experiences here with both Chloe and Alex. Everyone has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Alex especially made me feel very comfortable and listened to throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and helped guide me without ever making me feel pressured or rushed.
The environment feels supportive and calming, and you can tell they truly care about their clients and the experience they provide. I left feeling really happy with my results and grateful to have found a place I trust.
Alex is the best!! I get an amazing facial and eyebrow dye and lamination and am always so pleased with it
