What a great job Brian did. Very patient, accommodating, hard-working and professional.
So sorry I couldn’t interact with you. Just had major surgery. Thank you for your efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent experience from scheduling to the actual service. Progressive Pest is professional, thorough, and great to work with overall. I use them for business and my own personal home. Would highly recommend them!!
Super ethical company. Brian is our tech. He is more thorough v. anyone I have seen treating our previous properties.
Always doing a great job. Highly recommend.
Progressive Pest Management are there same day or close to it from my experience. I've only owned the home for 1 month. So far I like their response time and not disappointed yet.
New to Reno and we found this great company during home inspections. I was quick to sign up with them for continued pest management. Everyone I’ve been in contact with has been super helpful and kind and we are happy with them!!
Timothy was prompt, personable, and did a thorough job performing a pest inspection for my clients. I will absolutely be recommending them to future home buyers and sellers.
Brian was fantastic! So was the office staff! They always answer the phone, which I really appreciate! Brian has been coming to our home for a while now and he is absolutely great! He is very professional and explains everything he has done! He is the best!!!!
Super job as usual. Special thanks to Jose who not only did a thorough job, but was also very helpful and friendly.
Superior service! I use them for home and rental. I am a loyal customer and would never consider using anyone else!
Called Progressive Pest for what we thought was a rodent problem in our office ceiling. Tech arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. Found out our issue was not pest related but the tech did explain in detail was the issue was. Will call again if the need arises! Thanks so much!
Best pest control in Reno, these guys are great
We worked with Jon for an inspection and he was professional, friendly, efficient, and did a great job walking me through the inspection and what he found. I felt he was honest and will be reaching out for a quote on doing some work for me.
This Company is just amazing and the workers are so polite always knock on the door when they come, and they always knock on the door again when they are leaving to make sure we don’t need anything extra so easy to work with.
I have been using this company for years. They have taken care of everything I have needed from my own house/property to my inherited property in another town in Nevada. The service representatives are on time, professional and thorough. The office representatives are as equally professional and helpful!
I use them personally and professionally for inspections. They are great to work with, very responsive, and very knowledgeable. I will always use them!
Best company in Reno! Flexible, always professional and dependable, wouldn’t use any other company Recommend 100%
I have used Progressive for a few years now. They are always on time and get the job done the 1st time every season. I highly recommended them.
Great service, great company. And they don't rip you off with charges for service weeks they don't do like other companies. You just pay for what you get.
