John is always so helpful to explain all the details of our service. He is a pleasure to work with and exceptionally professinal.
Progressive Pest Management are there same day or close to it from my experience. I've only owned the home for 1 month. So far I like their response time and not disappointed yet.
Will was very friendly and answered all my questions. Have never had a bad experience with this company or the employees who do the work.
Jose has always been so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We have always had a positive experience with Progressive for mice, insects and wasp nests. We highly recommend them!
They do a fantastic job of keeping my home free of pests.
Great experience! Had an emergency situation, and they were prompt with amazing customer service. Absolutely recommend and will use again. Thanks, Jose & Augustine!
Best company in Reno! Flexible, always professional and dependable, wouldn’t use any other company Recommend 100%
Very thorough and friendly. Extremely happy with their service.
These guys have been my go to for about 5 years now and they’re great. Very informative, professional, and fair priced. It’s good to see a company with employees who genuinely care about the quality of their service and take the time to do things the right way. Quality business for all around.
I have used Progressive Pest Management for years to spray our home for bugs/spiders and treat our Elm Trees. They are always super professional, on time and in general, do great work. On top of that they are a locally owned family business which is always better than a franchise in my book!
