What a great job Brian did. Very patient, accommodating, hard-working and professional.
So sorry I couldn’t interact with you. Just had major surgery. Thank you for your efficiency and effectiveness.
Te best~
Brian was fantastic! So was the office staff! They always answer the phone, which I really appreciate! Brian has been coming to our home for a while now and he is absolutely great! He is very professional and explains everything he has done! He is the best!!!!
Super job as usual. Special thanks to Jose who not only did a thorough job, but was also very helpful and friendly.
Superior service! I use them for home and rental. I am a loyal customer and would never consider using anyone else!
Always friendly and on time. I have not had any problems with pests since using them.
Great company. They have sprayed my house for over 10 years. Wonderful customer service. Always efficient and polite.
Jose has always been so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We have always had a positive experience with Progressive for mice, insects and wasp nests. We highly recommend them!
This Company is just amazing and the workers are so polite always knock on the door when they come, and they always knock on the door again when they are leaving to make sure we don’t need anything extra so easy to work with.
I have been using this company for years. They have taken care of everything I have needed from my own house/property to my inherited property in another town in Nevada. The service representatives are on time, professional and thorough. The office representatives are as equally professional and helpful!
Best company in Reno! Flexible, always professional and dependable, wouldn’t use any other company Recommend 100%
Very happy with their work for the last two years
Big time Black Widow problem! Brian was very patient as I showed him all of my concerns around the house. He answered all of my questions and gave me solid advice on how to mitigate the issue in the future. He sprayed, and will be back in a couple weeks to de-web and respray (all included in the initial fee within…
Brian showed up for our monthly service dressed appropriately and ready to work. Outstanding approach.
When i called to get a quote they were very professional and responsive. They came out within 2 days gave us a quote and were ready to spray that day. However we were not ready as they give us some tips to help keep the mosquitos and nats down and one of them was to have a short lawn freshly mowed when theycame out.…
Progressive Pest is great to work with, they are on-time for appointments, communicative and professional. I have hired them for general pest inspections and for routine pest spraying, and I’m pleased with all of the experiences I’ve had with them. I always recommend!
I have used Progressive Pest Management for years to spray our home for bugs/spiders and treat our Elm Trees. They are always super professional, on time and in general, do great work. On top of that they are a locally owned family business which is always better than a franchise in my book!
Jose has been servicing our house for several years now and he always goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied with the service he remembers problematic issues that we have had in the past and makes sure to take care of those issues before they have a chance to come back.
