Another 5-star experience with Pronto. We've used then for years and they are always professional, on time, and the vehicles are spotless. Claudia was wonderful and took great care of us for a concert this weekend that went much later that expected. She got us home safely and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. If you’re going to go with this company be carful. I was driving on the highway and one of their vehicles almost rammed into me on the passenger side of the car, trying to get over. If you want to avoid an accident don’t go with this company. It was the car #09 on May 4th around 5:30pm.

On the day of the event, the driver arrived five minutes early, patiently waited through the school car line, and helped get all the kids loaded safely. Most impressively, he cheerfully tolerated a limo full of excited fifth graders scream-singing all the way to Orlando!
The service was exceptional, the vehicle was great, and the company was professional every step of the way. They helped make a special day even more memorable. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.
