Wonderful experience! Proper Climate had been recommended by friends and they were right. Our technician got here promptly, replaced necessary parts and was done! Very fair price. We will definitely call them again!
Kevin came to my home to repair my upstairs AC unit. He was on time, professional, and did an excellent job. He stayed a little longer than necessary, but he wanted to make sure that everything was running smoothly before he left He cleaned up after himself. This is the first time I have used Proper Climate and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company

Last time we used them they sent someone who wasn’t even a tech and had to pull up a YouTube video and said I don’t think that stuff is supposed to be coming out of your hvac…had to fight with them to get them to come back out. Now our warranty is making them use them again I was told I was going to get a return phone call shortly which didn’t happen so I called back just to find out they didn’t have time but she forgot to call back and wasted an hour that we could have been working to get another company out here. TERRIBLE service! I will be asking our warranty provider to remove them as a partner.
Response from the owner · a month ago
Kayla, we apologize for your experience. However, just so it's clear to others reading your review, nothing provided by your home warranty guarantees emergency service. Or same day service. Please read your contract with your warranty provider. Also, reading through previous notes of your address, it would appear that the repairs made were not covered by your home warranty policy. We can understand the frustration, but that is not our, as the providers fault. Degrading the technician's work because you are unhappy with your home warranty company is not a professional thing to do. Luckily we keep all notes and photos, and our previous visit was met with rude conduct by people at the home. As far as your one hour wait time, it's summer time in Alabama, and we are understaffed. We appreciate the understanding. We will also contact the warranty company and give them all communication and photos, so that it's clear Proper Climate strives to provide top service.

They make it very easy to get in contact with someone. They were able to get someone to my house same day in the middle of August Alabama heat. I think that alone is a feat in itself. Great service and speedy repairs.

I had my entire system replaced July 31st and am very pleased. Jamie and Clay showed up 15 minutes before they said they would and had the entire system replaced by 1pm. the work quality was exceptional, they were polite and professional, and they cleaned everything up before leaving. I have already recommended Proper Climate along with Jamie and Clay to my neighbors.
