Reyna missed several deadlines, took no accountability, and spoke disrespectfully to me when I asked for remedies.

Thank you for your feedback. Your matter did not involve any court or statutory deadlines. Your estate planning documents were finalized as scheduled on September 25, your deed was recorded on October 7, and USPS tracking shows the mailed copy was delivered on November 10. All work was completed within our usual timeframes.
The concern arose when you stated you had not received the mailed copy. Although all services had been completed as agreed and mail delivery is outside of my control, I provided the remedy you requested. I later asked that we discontinue further communication, as I have the right to decline future services when the working relationship is no longer productive. I understand you may not have appreciated that request, but my intention was simply to bring closure to the matter.

Reyna helped me with a very difficult situation in a Probate case. She was extremely supportive and a great listener and so very organized. I called in and she promptly text me back and set up an appointment by the end of her day. She had an abundance of information, covered all my questions and provided me with different actions I can take. You can tell she really likes what she does and cares about people. I’m very grateful.
Used the Calimesa location in April to help with my divorce. It’s now November and the judgement STILL hasn’t been submitted and no one can give me an answer. $1100 wasted.

To put it simply, I could not recommend ProSe Legal Service in Ontario more! May Herrera was absolutely phenomenal, and so generous with her time from start to finish. The level of effort that she gave to us every step of the legal process we were going through, was unparalleled. She went above and beyond, and made a very hard situation, very simple and approachable when she would help lay out the various steps that she was going to help us through.
May was always there to answer any questions or concerns that we had, and we’re absolutely blown away by the level of work that she put in for us. Praise Jesus for May Herrera she is a God sent to me and my husband. My husband called around for legal services and she was the only one that called back. She came through so quickly in assisting us in putting our answers together and did everything via electronically. She also communicated with us via email or text and if not she got one of ProSe legal Service representatives to call us. I will refer others to contact ProSe Legal Services and ask for May Herrera. OMG! Exactly 6 months after I received divorce paper from my spouse, and responded, I received a certified copy of my final divorce! May Herrera at ProSe Legal is like a modern Day Mother Teresa! She was very patient with my demanding personality 😂, because I was anxious about everything! She was on top of every concern I had, and even allowed me to re-word anything I was concerned with before submitting it to the courts. I am elated and free!😊
