Incredible service. From start to finish. From the time Madi picked up the phone it was a caring tone. She asked the right questions and even though she couldn’t get me physical service because of schedules being booked. She still went the extra mile to help. She had her colleague near by and asked him if he could help. It’s Friday Labor Day weekend. Here comes Brandon on the phone coaching me like he’s Phil Jackson of the Chicago bulls. He was calm and walked me through the steps like 5 times without me getting it. He was not frustrated instead he made me send pictures to insure he was giving me the right instructions for the device we were trying to program. He sent video link and followed up to make sure i got It. Yep i still didn’t get it. Again he did not change his tone or energy since it’s now 30 mins in to helping me. He slowed down even more to make sure i got It. Finally we were triumph with programming the garage door 45 mins later. Madi and Brandon save the freaking day!!!!!!! Give them people a raise or gift cards to favor spot. I tried but they wasn’t accepting any besides me leaving a review. Madi and Brandon sorry for delay on the review. I went Straight to celebration mode with some beers after yall assisted me in the clutch. Thank yall again for great service and patience with me.
