Wish I had called sooner! My carpets look absolutely amazing — can’t believe the difference! From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, professional, kind and easy to work with. He arrived ready to get right to work, took his time and did an absolutely fantastic job on both my carpets and couch. His…
Fantastic job cleaning and deodorizing our carpets. They look so much better — it’s hard to believe it’s the same carpet!!
Alex and the Pro Touch team are absolutely outstanding. Second time I’ve used them. I can honestly say they provided the best cleaning I have ever seen. We had a very worn and stained carpet and it looks new. Pro Touch has my strongest possible five star recommendation. Worth every penny. Only carpet cleaning…
We have used Protouch a couple times and they have done a great job and are reasonable priced. We will definitely be using them again!
Highly recommend! Super fast and made the carpet look like new! Will use in the future and recommend to friends and family.
Timely scheduling and arrived on time. Carpets are so clean and they smell wonderful.
I NEVER write reviews, but I was thoroughly impressed with ProTouch Carpet Cleaning. Worked HARD - non-stop, agitating, treating, and scrubbing my carpets and brought my 10 year old and pet stained carpet back to life...now looking nearly brand new!! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks for a job well done!!!
Amazing work!
I have used many caret cleaning companies and this was in my top 5 but top 2 for reasonable price. Will call again
I chose Pro Touch after reading previous reviews and thought if they deliver 50% of how they were reviewed I'd probably be okay with that. Well Alex exceeded my expectations. He called in route as he stated he would and arrived on time. He was very professional and went right to work pre treating and scrubbing by…
Alex was very professional and his service was fantastic! I will definitely call and use him again!
We have used ProTouch Professional Cleaning Services twice now and both times their service was excellent! The technician (Alex) was very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend ProTouch for all your cleaning needs. Dominic & Sabina
First off I will say this company is 100% professional and will absolutely fix everything until you are satisfied. We had our carpets cleaned and the next morning, in the room with heavier dog traffic we noticed a wet dog style scent. I texted them that morning and let them know of the issue and he immediately…
I had a great experience with Pro Touch. Alex was very underatanding of my needs, patient with my questions, and did exceptional work. Our rental tenants had trashed and stained the carpet. I was sure that I would need to replace the entire thing. Alex was upfront about what he could do, but then over delivered. I…
Professional, friendly, and quick. Carpet looks great, all stains were removed. Have used the service twice now, and will continue to. Highly recommend.
ProTouch was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Not only were they affordable but the cleaning technician was on time.... Super friendly and he walked me through the entire process. We discussed the "problem" areas on the carpet because I have a pet. The end results were beautiful! He removed stuck on wax, black marks and pet…
Was helpful with rescheduling an AC duct cleaning, once we got a date they arrived on time and did the job well, I had some mold that was treated and the house is much fresher. I will use this service again if I need to and would recommend it to others as well.
Good service, good price! They sent an employee named Alex who was not only polite and professional but was quick and left my carpets better looking than when I had first moved in.
Alex did an outstanding job. He was on time, professional, and worked hard. Our carpets were in TERRIBLE shape, and when he was finished they looked practically new. We will definitely use his services again. 😀
Alex was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend their service!
