Zachary came same day and fixed a bad faucet install from another plumber. He quickly found all their mistakes and left it looking like new. He's friendly, knowledgeable and humble. I would recommend Proven Plumbing to anyone from here on out. A good plumber is hard to find.

Updated 2026: Called Proven back because we needed a hot water heater replaced before selling our house. Process was easy, smooth, and prompt. City inspector came to check, and I kid you not, his only comments were, "Oh, they did an excellent job. Who was this? Oh, it's Proven. They're the best." I emailed them to let them know that was what he had said, because I thought they'd enjoy hearing it.

I can’t recommend Proven Plumbing and Air enough! I’ve used them in the past for a couple of plumbing needs, and they’ve always been amazing. When my upstairs AC stopped cooling, I initially called another company without realizing Proven also handled HVAC. After being charged for just about everything by the other company and receiving a $6,000 invoice, I decided to call Proven for a FREE quote. I’m so glad I did! The difference was not only in the price but also in the service. They were great to work with, and the experience reminded me why I trusted them in the first place. I’ve since recommended Proven to several people and will continue to do so. It’s hard to find a company that combines great service, fair pricing, and trustworthiness, but Proven Plumbing and Air does just that!
