As a 26-year-old first-time homebuyer, I was expecting the home buying process to be stressful and overwhelming. I did not know Brian at all prior to this. One could imagine me precautions. I wanted to view a house on Zillow and he was the agent that was available. He has been patient throughout the whole process. He is knowledgeable and responsive. He drove from one side of the county to the next. He did not pressure me to buy anything I did not want to. Even when I wanted to shop around for every little cost and do my own research he did not push me and offered other resources of his own. If I’m lucky I will go through this process more than once. He would be the person I would go to. He heard me out, positive and supportive. He did not tag on any extra cost and was transparent all along the way. Even when I asked the same questions two or three times he would answer me without any hesitancy. He did not hide any information and was forthcoming to me about what I would expect. He had the right connections and I had not prior knowledge except Google. I was hesistant that I could ever become a homeowner but he really made my dream a reality. I was preapproved for an extremely low amount and we were able to work through it. He knows the right people. I feel blessed and I wouldn’t hesitate. He is forth coming as a person you can go trust even though i never knew him before. He was quick and efficient on booking showings and working around time I’m available to maximize the amount we could see. We never skipped out on any opportunities because he was immediately on top of it. He has a good work ethic and is a great negotiator to put us in the best spot to get the offer approved. Approved and closed within a month. Quick and efficient timeline. Please don’t hesitate a good realtor will put you in a good position. He did not prioritize money or was trying hard to make a sale he really put what I wanted and was looking for First. He never left any of my questions unanswered or delayed.
