I was so impressed with the outstanding quality friendly service from the office staff who sent me technician Kainoa to repair my washing machine. Kainoa was patient enough to explain was he was doing while replacing broken parts to my washing machine. Not only he did an excellent repair job, he was also very friendly, efficient and professional. He really enjoys his job. It’s this kind of wonderful service that I received from the friendly office staff and technician Kainoa that makes me feel confident that I was blessed to have chosen.Pacific Repair Services. I live on Kauai and it took a while for management to send over a tech. Once here, Jase was great. He understood the problem and didn’t blow me off. It turned out not to be an easy problem for anyone as there was no clear smoking gun but he stayed with it and solved it. It was a warranty repair so I didn’t see a price. Jase can come by anytime

This place is unreal. Rarely do you get good SERVICE anymore in the year of 2026. Hate to say it but its true. Pacific Repair goes above and beyond. Not just their amazing technicians but the back office staff (Makayla) is unreal. They helped me out in so many ways on a long and arduous process with KitchenAide. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
