5 star service!!! Called looking for a part for my dryer, didn’t know what any of the numbers meant. Took the part in to the store and was helped immediately. Glad I did, come to find out the part I was trying to replace didn’t need to be replaced, it was another part that needed to be changed. Staff was patient with me and took their time to help me find the problem with my dryer. Thank you PRS staff!
Shout out to Mark specifically - I called and visited 2 other parts stores for replacement refrigerator parts (Our tenants had shattered multiple bins & the plastic cover for their glass panel in the fridge) for our Insignia Refrigerator - Model NS-RTM21SS7. The other store let me know they did not carry parts and sent me on my way, whereas Mark took the time to hunt down the parts from the manufacturer (Midea) for me. I did have to follow up via phone call in the following days since they were so busy when I initially called. He emailed me a diagram and identified the replacement parts so it was easy for me to order exactly what we needed. Very thorough and straightforward, I ordered the parts directly from the manufacturer and it arrived surprisingly quickly from the mainland. Parts were a reasonable price, Shipping & handling was expensive but it can't be helped since we're on an island & beyond PRS' control. Overall process was about 7-10 days from start to finish.
