To anyone with loved ones in long-term or skilled nursing care: please stay vigilant. On Tuesday October 13th, my dad was dressed and in his wheelchair by 5:00 AM for an appointment. When he returned, staff left him sitting in that same wheelchair for over 15 hours straight, until 9.00 p.m. When our family walked in, we found him slumped over, leaning out of his chair, and nearly touching the floor. We had been trying to call all afternoon to check on him, but the facility’s phones were left off the hook. Instead of accountability, management, CNA's, and Techs offered excuses and pointed fingers. To top it off, they handed us a sudden discharge notice the very next morning telling us of he no longer mee skilled nursing standards anymore. Our family is taking immediate action, filing formal reports with the State Licensing Board, and bringing in a Healthcare Ombudsman. We will always fight for our father’s safety, dignity, and basic human respect. If you have family in a care facility, check on them often, demand answers, and document everything.

A Beautiful Facility Where Residents Truly Matter! PruittHealth Seaside is a wonderful, smaller facility where residents are treated with love, compassion, and respect. The nurses are caring and dedicated, and the therapy team does an amazing job helping residents reach their goals and maintain their independence. There is something special about a smaller community where people are more than just a room number -they are family. ❤️ The facility has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and it is clear that the residents matter here. If you are looking for a place where your loved one can receive great care, loving support, and excellent therapy in a beautiful setting, I highly recommend PruittHealth Seaside! A truly special place with a big heart! ❤️

PruittHealth – Seaside is a welcoming facility with a professional and caring atmosphere. The facility has a pleasant environment, and it’s clear that compassion and patience are important in this type of work. I recently visited this facility. When entering the building you are greeted with friendly faces, staff that was willing to help and residents that were clean/looked happy.

Nurse that answered the door for a doordash order to be delivered for one the residents have a nasty attitude. God see you.

I am so astonish, Nurse Julie were very concerned about my blood sugar levels she taken the extra steps to make sure I am getting the proper Diabete diet and so delicious 😋 my fruit salad plMMate with Cottage cheese!!! MUCH APPRECIATED NURSE JULIE

I wanted to take a moment to add to the review I previously left because PruittHealth Seaside has continued to impress our family. My mom is now receiving her care there, and I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and the care she has received. The entire team has been fantastic. They have been compassionate, attentive, professional, and genuinely concerned about my mom’s well-being. Having a loved one in a skilled nursing facility can be incredibly stressful, but the staff at PruittHealth Seaside have given our family confidence that Mom is being cared for by people who truly care. I especially want to recognize Ms. Paulette. She has been absolutely superb and has gone above and beyond for my mom and our family. Her kindness, patience, communication, and willingness to step in and help have made a tremendous difference. She consistently makes us feel like Mom is more than just another resident—she is someone who matters. People are often quick to leave reviews when something goes wrong, so I think it is just as important to recognize people when they are doing an exceptional job. PruittHealth Seaside deserves that recognition, and Ms. Paulette deserves a special thank-you. Thank you to the entire PruittHealth Seaside team for taking such good care of my mom. We truly appreciate everything you do, and we are very grateful that she is in your care. ❤️ Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My mom spent 18 days here and it was fantastic. The entire staff were fantastic, compassionate, and took wonderful care of her during her stay. While I hope she never needs long term rehab again, if she does Pruitt Seaside will be where she goes.

Being someone very, very unfamiliar with the entire process, I was completely and utterly apprehensive about transitioning Mom from rehab at Pruitt Seaside, to full-time residency there. Everyone, and I mean everyone I and my wife have met there have been great and very helpful. I also made a point to chat with residents out and about and ask them how they felt about living there. All the feedback was positive. And Paulette especially has been great with helping sort confusing paperwork!

My family had a wont experience with PruittHealth Seaside. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely caring toward the people they serve. It’s evident that they take pride in creating a welcoming environment and treating residents and families with kindness, patience, and respect. Quality care requires compassion as well as professionalism, and I appreciate the commitment the team at PruittHealth Seaside demonstrates. I would gladly recommend them to families looking for dependable and compassionate care.
