I cannot recommend PSBP Law based on my experience with their handling of my EB-5 case. Communication was extremely poor. Many of my calls went unanswered, and I had to send repeated emails just to receive basic clarification. Instead of receiving clear legal guidance, I was left trying to understand and resolve complicated source-of-funds issues myself. The firm initially gave me clearance to proceed with gift funds after requesting only limited documentation from the donors. After I followed their instructions and accepted the funds, they raised major concerns about the gift and source-of-funds documentation much later in the process, when the filing deadline was already approaching. These risks should have been identified and communicated before advising me to proceed. Because of this delayed guidance, I lost valuable time, experienced significant stress, and had to find another attorney close to the deadline. I also requested the source-of-funds analysis and supporting work product for the fees charged. The file I received did not contain the clear and complete analysis I expected. This was not a minor communication issue. In my opinion, I was misguided during a time-sensitive immigration matter, and the firm has not accepted responsibility for the impact. My overall experience was extremely disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience with PSBP Law regarding my EB-5 matter. My main concern is that I relied on the firm’s guidance during the source-of-funds and gift documentation process, but later I was told there were issues and risks that should have been identified much earlier. In my view, the communication was not clear, the risks were not raised at the right time, and this caused me to lose valuable time during a time-sensitive EB-5 filing process. I also requested the source-of-funds work product and gift evaluation documents to understand what analysis was actually performed. Based on what I received, I did not see the level of source-of-funds documentation or gift analysis that I expected for the fees charged. This experience left me feeling misguided and disappointed. For an immigration matter as serious and time-sensitive as EB-5, clients need clear guidance, timely risk identification, and proper documentation from the beginning. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
