Public Storage
Public Storage at a glance
Customers frequently praise the facility's cleanliness and the friendly, professional staff who provide clear guidance on unit sizes and pricing. The mobile app is noted for its ease of use, particularly regarding gate access and communication. However, several low-star reviews criticize undisclosed rate increases and bait-and-switch promotions. Additional complaints mention aging infrastructure, such as malfunctioning gates and poor lighting, which some tenants find inconvenient.

The remote control for the gate entrance is not working properly, which makes entering and exiting very inconvenient. The gate itself is also quite old, and it appears that very little investment is being made in maintaining or upgrading the facility. As a result, tenants may eventually choose to move out. Another concern is the lack of lighting on the driveway within the storage property at night. The area becomes extremely dark after sunset, which could create safety and security issues for tenants. On a positive note, the staff members are friendly, professional, and always helpful. The facility’s operating hours until 9:00 PM are also convenient. However, it would be even better if access were extended until 10:00 PM
