I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s always clean, organized, and clearly well managed. Alexis has been so helpful from the start—she is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes everything easy. It’s hard to find a storage facility where you actually feel like the manager cares, but Alexis really does. The staff has all been wonderful too. If you need storage, I definitely recommend checking them out!

I was concerned about getting a unit at first because I didn’t know if my belongings would be safe but with the help of Alexis and reassurance that it would be perfectly fine I was beyond grateful even after heavy rain showers my belongings were still in perfect condition thank you

I got a letter from Public Storage that they had bought IStorage. Most everything I own is in that locker. I completely freaked out. I went to the office close to babbling. I was a mess. I was fortunate enough to have Alexis and Rob help me. They were honestly very helpful. They took the time and had the patience to explain everything I asked then they shared info I didn't even know enough to ask. They were AWESOME!
