Public Storage

By far one of the absolute worst storage companies to use. I rented a 10x20 unit for $200/mo and they raised the rent on the unit $100 less than 2 months later. Then about 12 months after that they jacked it up another $71 dollars a month. $371 a month for a storage unit I rented for $200. Don't trust them when they quote you pricing. Don't trust them when they claim their units are safe and clean, rats have chewed on my leather couches. Just don't trust Public Storage, find another company. Plus their customer service department in India is useless and just reads boilerplate responses to you from a binder.

The Manager, Cindy, was Amazing. She helped me from the beginning when I rented the unit, to the end when I no longer needed the unit. She made sure to apply the current promotion when I initially rented the unit and advised how long it would run as well as what I could expect after the promotion expired. She answered all of my questions and every interaction with her was like dealing with an old friend. That is why I am writing this review, in a world that has lost what it means to give good customer service, I think it needs to be said that Cindy stands above the rest and is clear on the concept. In addition, the facility is very clean, I would definitely use this facility again. Thanks again Cindy, in looking at the other reviews it's clear who all these stars are for.....CINDY the LEGEND!!

Great service here would highly recommend for personal or business use! Cindy one of the employees is great and helps whenever needed always looking out for the units and keeps the place clean thank you again!

Very polite

Cindy is always the sweetest.

I went in with no real big expectations, left with a warm feeling and a storage unit at an amazing price. The customer service was excellent and very professional and personalized to meet my needs. I would highly recommend taking a trip to this location is you should ever need a storage space.

I came in to purchase some boxes, and the first thing I noticed was that the property was well maintained. The lady that helped me with the boxes was very helpful and polite. The boxes were exactly the ones I needed for my move. I now recommend Public Storage to all my friends and co workers.

This facility is one of the best in town. I have multiple units at different locations and this facility is the most trustworthy one. It is always clean and well kept. The office lady has always been consistently supportive and helpful. She makes the process quick, easy, and lets me always feel that my units are kept safe. She always has a smile and she keeps to what she says and is there for when anything arises and it gets handled quickly and efficiently. Keep up the good work.
