Customers frequently praise the facility for its cleanliness, security, and helpful staff who provide efficient service during unit rentals and moves. However, recurring criticisms highlight significant price increases within short periods and frequent unavailability of on-site office staff. Additional complaints mention pest issues and restricted access hours, particularly after 6 PM, which some renters find inconvenient for their schedules.
