I would have preferred to meet a representative at the site. But the over the telephone was fairly straightforward. The property is clean and very secure.

From the beginning when I started moving from my old unit to the new smaller one, Brian the manager was very nice and efficient. When I needed help getting rid of my stuff and cleaning the old unit, he helped looking for someone in the area to help me. I would recommended this location. Most of the staffs are nice and very helpful.
Brian was great I was able to view the storage and get it in literally under 15 minutes!
The service today was handled in a very professional manner. The property manager was pleasant and knowledgeable about her job.
The site manager Carla is exceptionally and very helpful. When you need her she is always available and never no excuses and ahe help me on an issue and she was right there to solve the issue. This site is always clean, reliable and building is always secure.
