Donna was so patient and nice! She directed us to the right place and show us where the unit is. Amazing
Very sneaky company. They are really quick about a missed payment but never tell you when the monthly rate goes up (it’s all in fine print they don’t have to.) My payments went from $80/month to $125. And they never even send out an email or notification. Nothing at all. Just quietly rise your price. My rate got changed at least twice a year so be aware.
Service at this site was amazing. Donna was especially helpful. Was always so easy to access our unit and felt safe to leave our things there
