Hugely impressed with Pullen!! Very knowledgeable and super friendly people. Completely transparent and honest with any issues your vehicle might have, and no pressure to spend a ton of money. Pullen is great!
Had an oil change done here Friday. Went well and the team there was kind and professional. Ruby and Adam were helpful and kind. They even dropped my car off at my house afterwards despite their busy schedule. I will return for work on my non-warranty eligible vehicles lol.
Pullen Motors is one of my go to shops when I need to get it done right, at a fair price and on time. Phillip and his entire Team are very passionate about what they do and it shows. They are truly a Family operated business focused on customer satisfaction and giving back to the community. If you are looking for an automotive repair facility that has your best interest in mind not theirs this is it. Give them a try and you too will feel like part of their family.

I had a very serious issue with my car and they were able to look at it right away, got a quick diagnostic, and parts were ordered quickly. I’m still surprised how great the team is… also, it’s not always that easy to find someone who works with Mercedes and do it so quickly. 100% recommend them… and will only service my car with them moving forward.
Had a great experience at Pullen Motors. The battery in my car was all of a sudden dying overnight and we couldn’t figure out why Pullen was able to diagnose the problem. They got us fixed up and also had some other services performed. Everything runs and drives perfect now thank you
The entire staff is great! Starts with the front of house and the team doing the scheduling, etc,. They are super friendly and happy to answer questions. And, then the team that does the work…there’s a reason Pullen Motors has a great reputation…the best!
