We had such a great experience with Pulse Entertainment at our wedding! Christian did a fantastic job reading the room and keeping the energy going all night. The music was exactly what we wanted, and he did a great job making sure everyone was having a great time on the dance floor. We also chose to add the uplighting option, which added so much to the dance floor once it was party time. 10/10 recommend!
We’re so thankful to Christian, Bee, and Brandon for helping make our wedding reception such a memorable night. They were very attentive, genuine, and organized throughout the wedding prep and day of :)

We were so happy with DJ Christian at Pulse Entertainment! He really brought the party, was very detail-oriented, and brought our wedding party and ceremony vision to life! Book with Pulse you will not be disappointed!! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Bee Breau.. she was so amazing during the planning process of everything! We love Pulse Entertainment!!

From the first moment we spoke with Karl we were at ease . Karl made us feel confident about our decision, explained everything and was always timely in communication and answered all questions with clarity .
The wedding was during the Nor’Easter on the eastern shore - outside under a tent ! Karl and his assistant Bee were wonderful ! Sound quality was perfect and the bride and groom couldn’t be happier ! HIGHLY recommend Pulse Entertainment! Thank you!

Pulse Entertainment was recommended by our venue, the Black Walnut Point Inn (Tilghman Island, MD) and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the services provided. Attention to detail was evident starting with our initial phone meeting with Karl Stallknecht and ending with the phone call with our DJ prior to the wedding - PJ Thomas. Of course, the more thorough you are with completing their questionnaire for your event, the better off you will be. So go ahead and list all your favorite musical genres and songs. You can even list those songs you don’t want to have played. This company really took the time to discuss our event in length and to understand you as a couple along with your musical tastes. Pulse Entertainment also arrived for setup when they said they would. As I had worked in the Special Event business for years in New York, highly professional and especially reliable vendors are everything to me. PJ Thomas did a great job throughout the wedding and was very personable and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pulse Entertainment to anyone!

DJ Ivan and his team absolutely exceeded every expectation we had. If you want a packed dance floor and a DJ who truly understands your vision, look no further.
I also have to give a huge shoutout to our photo booth attendant. He went above and beyond all night, helping guests use the iPad, making sure everyone knew how to take photos, and reminding them to add their pictures to our guest book. He stayed so engaged the entire evening, and his care and attention made such a difference. We are so grateful for everything he did.
DJ Ivan completely brought our vision to life. We wanted the reception to feel like a club—but not full-on techno. We wanted seamless song transitions, creative mashups, and a mix of nostalgic throwbacks with today's hits. Ivan absolutely nailed it. He read the crowd perfectly, kept the energy high all night, and even created custom mashups that had everyone dancing. Our dance floor was energized from start to finish.
One thing we especially loved was their planning portal. My fiancé and I spent the month leading up to the wedding listening to songs, organizing them, and saving everything in the portal. The questions are incredibly thoughtful, making the planning process so easy and stress-free. We were even able to send a Spotify link for a specific instrumental version I wanted, and they had no problem making it happen.
Ivan also paid attention to the smallest details. He edited songs exactly where we wanted them cut and even started our ceremony recessional about 15 seconds into the song so we could walk out to the exciting part instead of the slower intro. It sounds like a small thing, but moments like that made such a difference and made our ceremony feel even more special.
The entire team was fantastic. Megan, Ivan's assistant, was wonderful to work with, and everything ran flawlessly. Their timing was impeccable, transitions were seamless, and there wasn't a single technical issue throughout the day.
To top it all off, their pricing was phenomenal, especially with uplighting included. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and they made the entire evening feel effortless. They helped create one of the most fun, energetic, and memorable nights of our lives.
Thank you, Ivan and team, for making our wedding so incredibly special. We couldn't have imagined a better experience.

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ company for our wedding! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, organized, and easy to work with. Even when we ran into a couple of unexpected hiccups with the generator and some audience-related moments, they handled everything with total grace and calm, keeping the energy up and the event flowing seamlessly.
