Great place to pick up some treats for the dogs. Lots of help from the person working here as well. I will come back if ever in town again. Love the deserts for the dogs as well. The set up inside the store was also neat and orderly.

I wish I could share a picture of what they did to my little Yorkie but I can't attach photos to this review, unfortunately. I was a regular client -- had been going there for years. I tipped well, bought lots of snacks, got my Yorkie's nails clipped. I gave them lots of business. However, the last time they cut his hair, they absolutely butchered him. I reported it to Juliana with photos and everything, but she denied that it was them. She said it must be that Ramsay has health problems that the hair cut revealed, and that I should take him to a vet if I was concerned. This didn't sound right, so I posted pictures of his hair cut in the largest Facebook group about Yorkies and everyone said it definitely looked like a hack job. Juliana continued to deny that it was her groomer, so I took my dog to the vet just to check. Sure enough, the vet told me that my dog has no skin issues -- it just looked like a bad hair cut, that it would grow out. When I told Juliana this, she was still in denial that it was their fault. I was actually really polite during this whole process as I wanted to return because this is the first time this happened. Months later, I went to make an appointment and left messages on their voicemail. None of them were returned. Finally, Juliana sent me an email saying that no one at her salon was willing to work on Ramsay because of 'what happened last time'. So I was punished because they gave him a bad cut -- how very weird. I should have been the one to be upset but they were actually upset with me because I had made a complaint. Juliana has been extremely rude, unprofessional, and irrational, ever since. Was I just supposed to deal with the bad cut and say nothing? Watch out: because they can't handle any criticism at this place -- they are in total denial that they could possibly do anything wrong. I feel absolutely betrayed and was treated badly.

The boutique itself is spotless, well-organized, and offers an impressive variety of products. The grooming service was beyond excellent — Luna came out looking absolutely adorable, smelling amazing, and wagging her tail with joy. It's clear they genuinely care about the dogs they serve. I highly recommend Pupcakes to any pet parent looking for top-notch service and a wonderful experience! Off course I booked for the whole year already.!!!

Not what I was hoping for. I think they are fine, nice enough, they shampooed and cut my dogs hair and trimmed her nails. It took almost 2 1/2 hours so it was a lot of work. I have a 6 month old whoodle and she needed a trim. It was her first haircut. I brought in my own shampoo, a Burt's Bees dog shampoo and asked if they would use it but they said they wouldn't. They said they had a fragrance free shampoo they could use which I took a look at and it seemed okay. I should have opened the bottle to smell it. The haircut's okay. I wish they had left more on her face but I wasn't specific about what I wanted other than the overall length and leaving her tail alone which they did. When I picked her up I didn't get to talk with the groomer so I don't know how she did in there. But that was because my son got her and I came in a minute too late. It cost $150 plus the tip which was more than I was expecting but also it took a long time, longer than I thought it would so that's not a complaint, just information. When we got in the car with her all we could smell was the fragrance from the shampoo. We took her to the beach to let her run around and get curly again and hoped the salt water and sun would wash off the smell but of course that didn't work. I brought her home and put her in the tub and washed her with the Burt's Bees but she still smells like perfume. Fragrance is so hard to get rid of which is why I didn't want them to use their shampoo. Oh well, live and learn. I think overall, they are fine but I don't think I'll go back. I'm sort of particular about chemicals and smells and toxins, but that's just me. I also wish I had brought a picture of what I wanted. I told myself to do that and then forgot. I'm neither here nor there about them but thought I'd share my experience in case it helps you decide whether or not to try them out and suggest your bring a photo of what you like. It's a bummer to spend so much money and not love the result.
