Service was on time this month. However, my technician doesn’t spend a great deal of time at my home and has stopped doing a sweep of eaves and around doors for cobwebs and such. This used to be included. Maybe it’s not anymore?

Purcor sent Joseph to spray for ants, spiders, etc. I'm disabled and couldn't move the furniture, but Joseph didn't let that stop him. He sprayed in areas hard to reach. Joseph is a fine tech. He deserves kudos for his kindness, hard work, determination.
I gave 5 stars as Rafael’s first time to property was thorough, listened well , polite and made up for the over hefty over charges which resulted in the cancellation of this services . Viola in corporate listened to my complaints & immediately reinstated my account at reasonable fee and credited our account for many months !
This was formerly Hayward pest, but is now Purcor. I've been using them for a few years now for regular pest control and they seem to do an effective job. They always call ahead and are very considerate when coming on your property.
