When I first contacted PURCOR it was before I knew if my complex was contracted with another pest exterminator. Their customer service reps were great and followed up with me days after to make sure if I had found a solution, when I said I hadn't, they sent someone out asap. The exterminator was in and out in 15 minutes, and I have not seen any bugs since.
I've had service with Purcor for years, except for a stretch where I was laid off and had to cancel service. Their service has always been great, their people have always been incredibly friendly, and the results have always been top notch. Cris did a great job as usual
Poor quality. Spent hardly anytime at house. The pic is a male black widow left after service. The female was twice this size. Also other black widows left in backyard and no spider webs removed. We will be canceling service promptly. Rarely notified when service would be performed.
Purcor has given us excellent customer service.
Purcor sent Joseph to spray for ants, spiders, etc. I'm disabled and couldn't move the furniture, but Joseph didn't let that stop him. He sprayed in areas hard to reach. Joseph is a fine tech. He deserves kudos for his kindness, hard work, determination.
Always excellent service
I called to get help with pest issues and was helped by 3 lovely ladies Zehna, Tina and Colleen. Very professional, well informed and very kind. Definitely recommend and will be returning if any issues ever come up again in the future which I doubt since they did a very awesome job. Thanks again Ladies 💯🙌
