I was going out of town so asked if he could come early. He said he could come at around 7. I didn't really expect him to come so early, but was so happy when he pulled up a few minutes before 7. He was nice, and professional. He reviewed the scope of his work with me then started. He was done pretty quickly, and before leaving he went over what the next steps would be. Thought he was great!

I'm trying to understand what my service now includes with the 10% price increase? I've reduced it to one star now. Since I get a message saying I'm going to have an inspection (first message pre service in many many months btw except for billing) and then no message no comment nothing and a no show? I keep my dog inside for 4 hours. This is an AI communication company their customer service is fully AI now. I miss Aardvark, I knew people's names there, they called me they contacted me making sure my service was good they didn't send AI messages. But they jack the price up for less service. My service is monthly pest control.
