Caden, Jaylen and Mason did an amazing job! Very professional, organized, tidy and efficient workers! They were all very well mannered men! My units are working beautifully and they tested everything with us and showed us how to use the new thermostat! Pure Comfort as a whole took care of the estimate, equipment, appointment and service very well all around a great experience from sales to dispatch and installation was flawless easy and stress free! Thank you Pure Comfort!

As always, excellent job by Pure Comfort! Their techs are always on time, very friendly, informative, and professional. My system was checked for the upcoming col weather season, and all information about it shared with me, inducing a thorough explanation of a part that needed to be replaced, and how it would affect my system if I choose not to do it. I chose to replace the part, and he even carried it on the truck, so no need for a second visit. Pure Comfort gave me a great price on the part and work. Excellent job all around by everyone! Thank you!

We had our water heater go out, and Pure Comfort came through for us! They were quick to respond, arrived promptly, and got our new water heater installed in no time. The service was excellent from start to finish, the technicians were friendly and professional, and the pricing was fair and reasonable.
It’s refreshing to find a company that provides great service, treats its customers right, and gets the job done quickly. I highly recommend Pure Comfort to anyone needing heating, cooling, electrical, or plumbing services. We will definitely be using them again!
