Update 2: Robin has done it! All 3 kitties come out for Robin and eat treats out of her hand. She has truly been a blessing to us with the comfort we feel leaving our kitties in her care. Update: Robin has worked tirelessly to get our very shy kitties to trust her. Despite all odds, she has convinced them that she is ok! Great pet sitter. Robin is very thorough every visit and excellent communication. So far our cats are still hiding but Robin will win them over soon!

I had an excellent experience with Pure Love Pet Sitting ! Jeremy followed every instruction I left, communicated clearly with detailed updates after each visit, and sent lots of photos that really put our mind at ease. On top of that, he noticed and helped fix a small issue in our house, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care and go above and beyond. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely use them again!

I had to make an unexpected 10 day trip , 2 weeks after I adopted to wonderful cats. Thank goodness for Robin and Jeremy ! Wow! They came out for an introduction visit, then I signed them up to come take care of my fur balls twice per day. Jeremy is my primary caregiver, amazing! Each visit he sent him photos and a little visit summary. Wow ! Highly recommend this two person team !

I'm so happy to have found Pure Love Pet Sitting! Robin did an excellent job taking care of my two cats while I was away. I was nervous about leaving my new kitten and my shy older cat, especially since they’re still adjusting to each other and I had never used a pet sitter before. However, during the meet-and-greet, I was reassured by their thorough questions and preparation. While I was gone, my family and I loved reading the updates after each visit and seeing all the photos. I especially appreciated that Robin gently included my shy cat by talking to her and spending time with the kitten in the same room while respecting her boundaries. I will definitely use Pure Love Pet Sitting again the next time I’m away!

Robin and her business is the best pet sitting service I have ever used. Robin genuinely loves and cares for my cats. She even brings them toys sometimes! My cats are very comfortable with her. I never have any worries about leaving my cats. Robin is the best!!

We've been using Pure Love Pet Sitting for many years. Previously, we used other pet sitters, some good, some not as good. Why did we leave other sitters? Other pet sitters have sat on their phones or hurried to get out. It's perfectly fine to do those things occasionally, but when it was occurring regularly, or the sitters were changing regularly and we didn't know our sitters anymore, we knew it was time to change. Who are they? Robin is the owner and devotes an incredible amount of time to her clients. Due to high demand, she also employs other trusted sitters. We've been assigned to Jennifer in the past and her son Jeremy. Everyone is great. We've been fortunate to have Robin almost every time. Why do we stay with them? Our pets always seem happy when we return. They get TLC the entire time. We get notified if anything seems off. And while this isn't advertised, Robin is an amazing photographer. She sends pictures that are frame-worthy - we have printed many of them out. She can catch them doing things I've never been able to photograph. It's almost worth it for the pictures. But she also genuinely cares. Every pet sitter says it, but she has that aura that out pets absolutely love. Recently we wanted to take our dog to the beach as she was nearing the end of her life. It was last minute and she was fully booked, but still squeezed in 2 visits for our cats so that we could go. There are many good pet sitters. If you find one you're happy with, consider yourself fortunate. But if you're not happy or just don't feel good about your sitter, definitely look. Robin and the sitters here are absolutely wonderful.

We have been using Pure Love Pet Sitting for the past two years and I can honestly say that our vacations and work trips are more relaxing knowing our pets are in good hands. Not only are they hands on and loving with our fur babies, they are amazing when it comes to leaving little updates and notifications with each visit they make. It’s always comforting to see photos of happy pets while you’re away and even more comforting to be able to allow the pets to stay in the security of their own homes as opposed to having to board them.
