The home visit was good with a personable and knowledgeable technician, which is a huge benefit when you’re under stress from an infestation (mice in this case). The appointment was easy to make and happened quickly, another benefit. Time will tell if the treatment works well. I appreciated not being oversold on things I didn’t need or want.

Todd was very helpful & all around great! He was able to come out the same day and address my issues! He was extremely helpful and thorough while inspecting and treating my home. Todd is a great asset to this company. We have had a few “pests” at our home, and he comes each time to survey the situation and provide solutions to the problem.
