Eric came out as soon as we called and did all he could do to clean out a vent blocked by a wasp nest which was causing our water heater not to work. He tried everything, even using a lawn blower when the water heater still did not work after cleaning the vent. Even though we had not called for insect service, he…
Huston with Pure Pest was great! After finding the ground nest of yellow jackets he went right to work taking care of the nest. Afterwards he went over the details what he did. Highly recommended Huston and Pure Pest!

We have been with this company for years and it is one of the best run companies we employ for our house. Jason does an amazing job! Very good at explaining everything and catering to specific needs (indoor and outdoor) Very prompt and always happy to answer questions. Highly recommend PurePest
Todd is a great asset to this company. We have had a few “pests” at our home, and he comes each time to survey the situation and provide solutions to the problem. The choice I made to have an annual contract with Pure Pest was a decision I do NOT regret! They truly are great at keeping the pests outside!
I want give a HUGE shout out to Clint with Pure Pest! Not only did he come out to our home in a timely and professional manner, he was kind hearted and very thorough with his job. Even going the extra mile in the basement to make sure every nook and cranny was sprayed to help combat spiders and other insects. Then…
Tanner and Nick were fabulous. They were polite, professional and efficient. They explained what they were doing and answered all my questions and were fun to talk to. 🙂
When we moved to the area we wanted to try a new company. Joe shmo wasn't cutting it at our old house so by no means we didn't want to use them at our new house. After careful consideration & research I decided to go with pure pest. Almost 600 5 star 🌟 reviews is nothing but remarkable these days. After using them…
I had Clint come out initially and then Chris came out for my follow up. Both were very professional and knowledgeable! Both called ahead of time and and let me know when they were going to be there. I could not speak more highly of these gentleman and I would recommend anybody having any pest issues just short of…

Mr.Todd came out and sprayed our house for pest. He was on time very professional and explained what all he was going to do as well as asked us if we had any problem spots that needed extra attention. He is always very friendly and always does a great job. He even gave our toddler a coloring book for “helping” and…

I am really happy with the overall service provided by Pest Shield. The staff is friendly, responsive, and they were thorough in their description of the pricing and coverage. They offer opportunities for additional services you may need, but without being pushy. The service itself is super convenient, it’s…
I met with Todd who was exactly what you want in these situations. He was kind and walked me though all the possible scenarios. He answered all of my questions, and even offered options that I wasn’t thinking about. I’d highly recommend using them when seeking pest control needs.
Todd was very knowledgeable and polite, went above and beyond by eliminating a wasp nest. Explained what he would be doing and came back for the follow-up service in 2weeks
Patrick is super friendly and extremely professional. He is thorough in his inspections and treatments. He will take the time to complete his with regardless of the extra effort it entails. I'm definitely satisfied with him as our technician.
Todd was amazing and very professional
I had a hornet's nest below the overhang of my house. Chris and his helper were very knowledgeable about hornets and shared valuable information. They took care of the nest and took a look at the rest of the house where they found wasp nests which they treated also. My husband and I are happy customers and we will use them again if the need should occur.
We always have Todd come to exterminate our house. We could not ask for a better technician. Every time he comes it is like catching up with an old friend.
Delaney was super kind and helpful. She inspected things and explained her findings. At end of visit she explained what treatment she did inside and outside. My mom is 88 and I’m very careful about letting anyone in the house. Delaney was very respectful about mask wearing which I appreciated more than you know!
Patrick Niemann did a very good job at our place.

Jake is always great about taking his time and explaining different options for pest control. His company is the only one we call for service and we've been consistently impressed with how quickly we can get an answer and appointment. Definitely recommend!
