LOVE Eric! We called yesterday with a spider problem and he was able to come by the following morning. Always very friendly and helpful! He even helped me empty my vacuum that had two huge spiders in it. Above and beyond. We have been using Pure Pest for a few years and every one of their technicians have been very friendly.
Our experience with Pure Pest has been top notch from beginning to end. They do a great job on pests and their communication is second to none. We could not be happier with all aspects of their business.

We love this company! Been here since it was still Antimite. Jason does such a phenomenal job! He is thorough, quick, and so personable. I can tell he enjoys what he does and takes pride in the work. We will never use a different company to take care of our home.
We are new customers of Pure Pest, and so far so good. We are living in a wooded area and thought it would be a good idea to be proactive. Everyone has been helpful, informative and extremely prompt with calls and scheduling. Tanner paid us a visit a week ago to address an issue and was friendly, professional and…
Great service, very knowledgeable.
We’ve had an excellent experience with Pure Pest! Their customer service is outstanding—they’re always on top of everything and incredibly responsive. Anytime we’ve reported an issue, they’ve scheduled a follow-up visit very quickly and made sure the problem was taken care of. It’s clear they genuinely care about…

Jason Ernst from Pure Pest+ Lawn did an outstanding job! Even though we weren't home during the service, he was extremely professional from start to finish. What impressed us the most was the detailed video recap he left explaining everything he did around our property. It gave us complete confidence that the…
we are on a quarterly service inspection, so I do not know the price. Your employees are always very courteous and thorough and do a good job inside and out.

Jason was great. He takes good care of us whenever we show concern about anything.
Jason is very observant and detail oriented. He listens to what pests we are seeing and takes care of them for us! He is very nice and does a wonderful job!
True Pest is very reliable. Eric calls ahead of arrival to let me know what service he will be doing in case I need to put my dog inside and asks if I want anything else done or if I have any concerns I am always pleased with the service but even more so on my last visit when he alerted me to a problem with water in my backyard due to a sprinkler issue
Myles is the best. So glad we have PurePest!
The Pure Pest + Lawn rep arrived on time for his appointment, and asked us if there were any pest concerns we had. We didn't have any, so he immediately began his tasks. He had a very thorough/deliberate process to complete his tasks. We were impressed with his diligence and attention to detail. We look forward to using Pure Pest + Lawn again.
I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service Myles provided during my recent pest control visit. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, and clearly conscientious about his work. It was refreshing to see such a high level of care and professionalism. Myles was a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to his next visit. Thanks again, Myles!
I have been a very happy customer of Pure Pest for years. Recently moved, and I inherited a carpenter bee issue and a shaded, damp yard full of mosquitos… just had Todd here for a consult/first treatment: he was communicative, arrived right when he said he would, he educated us a bit on what we’re dealing with, and…
Was worried I had terminates destroying my tree. Tate came out and identified them as carpenter ants and we agreed to monitor them rather than exterminate them. Didn’t even charge me for the consult. Will definitely use this company again.
I’ve been extremely happy with the services Pure Pest has provided! The team is always responsive, punctual, and professional, and their work is consistently high-quality. A special shoutout to John, who has been outstanding every visit—friendly, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. It’s such a…

All of above
I’ve been an Antimite customer for years. This is a business I highly recommend. And Tyler is the best technician. He’s thorough, professional and so friendly.
Tyler was very professional, showed up early, and explained every step to me. He also explained what would happen in the following week after treatment and then after. He went over payments again and service dates. He was very friendly and did an amazing job. Thank you all for making our first house pest free 🤗
When Todd was here last time he didn’t have a ladder tall enough to reach some wasp nests in the peaks of my very tall roof. I was going to let it go and hope the wind would blow them down but today he was at my door with a tall ladder to take them down. I didn’t even call him. He just remembered. Such a great guy…
Great service and attention to detail. I will be continuing service with Pure Pest!
